Study on Protein Denaturation Induced by Guanidine Hydrochloride(50-01-1)

Considering the commonly used denaturant guanidine hydrochloride(50-01-1) molecule and the adjacent dipeptide on the main chain of the protein to form hydrogen bonds, the relationship between the physical parameters describing the denaturation of protein and the concentration of guanidine hydrochloride was obtained by adsorption kinetics. The results show that the calculated theoretical values are in good agreement with the experimental data, indicating that the interaction between the protein molecules and the hydrochloric acid molecules gives a better understanding of the protein denaturation induced by guanidine hydrochloride(50-01-1).
