TRIS(77-86-1) and hydrochloric acid (Tris-HCl) buffer solution

The linear range was 10 ~ 1000μmol /l, and the detection limits (s / n = 3) were 2.0, 3.5, 4.0, 5.0, 3.5 and 5.0μmol / l respectively. The recoveries of the six amino acids were 95.9% ~ 104.2% Within range.
